Francisco Chiclana
Originally from Jaén, he holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Granada. A naturalist by vocation and an adoptive Sevillian, he has been involved in bird studies in the Doñana region for many years. Actively collaborating in numerous projects within the Spanish Ornithological Society (SEO/BirdLife), he is also the author of articles on nature, botany, and birds in radio, press, and television. Additionally, he co-authored the book "Aves de la provincia de Sevilla," published in 2002.
Jorge Garzón
Born in Granada, he is a graduate in Tourism Business and Activities from the Juan Carlos I University in Madrid, as well as a professional naturalist guide specialized in ornithology and botany. Driven by conviction and an early vocation for nature, he began working in conservation and nature observation and interpretation in the early 1980s. He served as the official naturalist guide in Spain for institutions such as the Mass Audubon Society in the USA, earning the title of "recommended guide" by the Swarovski Birding Community in 2003. Jorge established the first EUREL-contracted nature reserve in Andalusia (Cortijo Corvales) and is a member of the SGNH (Granada Society of Natural History), where he coordinates the Ornithological Yearbook of Granada. Responsible for censuses and various projects related to Andalusian ornithology through the Spanish Ornithological Society (SEO/BirdLife), he regularly publishes articles and photographs on nature and has authored or contributed to other books on Sierra Nevada (Granada), nature, and birds.
